For thousands of years, a “nation” has been defined by borders, soil, armies,
and politics. Identity was rooted in geography. A random place on the map
determined your rights, your freedom, your value, your future. Walls were
drawn, flags were raised, and people were told: This is who you are,
based on where you were born.

But the next great evolution of humanity will not be built on land.
It will be built on values, biology, consciousness, technology, and mission.
In the near future, a powerful new paradigm will rise:
Nation as a Service (NaaS).

Just as Software as a Service (SaaS) transformed industry, and Health as a
Service (HaaS) is transforming medicine, Nation as a Service will detach
identity from geography and attach it to purpose. People will no longer define
themselves only by coordinates on a map. They will define themselves by the
future they choose to build.

A nation will no longer be a place.
It will be a platform.
A shared vision.
A commitment to transcend
And in this new era, the very first pioneer is already born:

Why I Created the HealthGevity Nation — My Personal Story

I did not create the HealthGevity Nation from a place of power.
I created it from a place of pain, limitation, and deep realization.

I was born from an Iranian father and an Iraqi mother — two of the oldest
civilizations on Earth, yet two of the most wounded and problematic in the
modern world. Lands that once gave humanity writing, medicine, astronomy,
philosophy and law… now trapped in conflict, broken systems, corruption,
restrictions and lost potential.
Both of these countries hold passports with some of the lowest value in the
world.

بازاندیشی کارآفرینی

کارآفرینی همواره ستون فقرات نوآوری، رشد اقتصادی و تحول اجتماعی بوده است. از انقلاب صنعتی تا عصر دیجیتال، کارآفرینان با جسارت و نوآوری، صنایع جدیدی خلق کرده و مرزهای توسعه اقتصادی را جابه‌جا کرده‌اند

اما با ورود به سال 2025 و پس از آن، روشن‌تر از همیشه می‌شود که کارآفرینی سنتی ـ هرچند همچنان ضروری ـ به تنهایی کافی نیست. در جهانی که با ویژگی‌های (شکننده، مضطرب، غیرخطی و نامفهوم) شناخته می‌شود، کسب‌وکارها نمی‌توانند صرفاً به تفکر خطی و مدل‌های سنتی تکیه کنند

داستان پیدایش آینده آفرینی

نخست: در طول 15 سال گذشته، کە به طور فعال در تلاش های کارآفرینی شرکت کرده و شرکتها و استارت آپ های متعددی را تأسیس کردەام هموارە با چالشهای زیادی روبرو بودم. با این حال، سفر آیندەآفرینی من، هفت سال پیش زمانی که به عضویت فدراسیون جهانی آینده پژوهی درآمدم و کاوش در "آینده پژوهی" را آغاز کردم، سمت و سوی تازەای پیدا کرد.

همه چیز از آنجا شروع شد که احساس میکردم مفاهیم سنتی کارآفرینی هیچ سنخیتی با دنیای مدرن و تغییرات نمایی قرن 21 ندارد. ظهور ابزارها و مفاهیم نوینی چون شبکەهای اجتماعی در اوایل قرن جدید و "اقتصاد همرسانی" پس از بحران و رکود اقتصادی سال 2008 کە با تولد شرکتهایی مانند "اوبر" و "ایر بی اند بی" همراه بود، باعث شد که بیش از پیش به این باور برسم که دوران کارآفرینی سنتی به سر رسیده است

دوم: با مطالعه بیشتر مفاهیم آینده پژوهی و آینده نگاری استراتژیک ، به تدریج هم افزایی ذاتی بین آینده پژوهی و کارآفرینی را تشخیص دادم که این من را به سمت تصور مفهومی یکپارچه سوق داد که از مرزهای هر دو حوزه فراتر می رود. این بود که تلاش کردم مفهوم نوین "آینده آفرینی" که ترکیبی از کارآفرینی و آیندەپژوهی بود را از دل این دو زمینه بیرون بکشم

این درک جدید علاقه عمیقی را در من برانگیخت و من را به کشف ادغام بالقوه این رشته‌ها سوق داد و باعث شد تا رویکردی متحول کننده و جامع برای فعالیتهای آینده آفرینی را متصور شوم

سوم: اما این تنها آغاز این سفر بود!. بعد از اینکه تلاش کردم تا مفاهیم و تکنیکهای آینده پژوهی مانند سناریو سازی، واکاوی روندها، دیدەبانی آینده، پس نگری و سایر روشهای آینده پژوهانه را در کسب و کارهای مختلف خودم و همکارانم استفاده کنم متوجه فاصله بسیار عمیق مدلهای کسب و کار شرکتهای نوظهوری چون "اوبر" و "ایر بی اند بی" شدم

As we move from the VUCA world to the BANI world, understanding these differences becomes crucial, especially when considering how to thrive in such environments. The concept of futurepreneurship plays a vital role in this journey, offering tools and strategies for success.

Understanding the VUCA World

The VUCA world is a term that originated in the late 1980s from the U.S. military to describe the post-Cold War environment. VUCA stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity. Each element represents a different aspect of the challenges faced in a rapidly changing world:

1. Volatility refers to the speed and unpredictability of change. Markets, technologies, and even political landscapes can shift rapidly, making it difficult for individuals and organizations to keep up.

2. Uncertainty describes the lack of predictability in outcomes. In a VUCA world, despite having access to information, the future remains unclear, making decision-making a challenge.

3. Complexity is the interdependence of numerous factors that complicate understanding. In this world, everything is interconnected, and a change in one area can have unforeseen consequences in another.

4. Ambiguity reflects the lack of clarity and the presence of multiple interpretations. Situations are often unclear, and it’s difficult to discern the best course of action.

گذشته: پیش‌بینی آینده در بستر ناآگاهی

در گذشته‌های دور، رابطه انسان با آینده، رابطه‌ای همراه با عدم اطمینان و ناتوانی بود. هزاران سال پیش، انسان‌ها اشتیاق عمیقی برای درک آینده پیش رو داشتند، اما با محدودیت‌های دانش و عدم وجود ابزارهای فناوری مواجه بودند. در این دوره، پیش‌بینی آینده اصلی‌ترین مکانیزم برای مقابله با ناشناخته‌ها بود. انسان‌ها از طریق پیش‌گویی، طالع‌بینی یا پیش‌گویی‌های مذهبی، سعی می‌کردند نگاهی به آینده‌ی مقدر و غیرقابل تغییر بیاندازند. امید آنها این بود که با پیش‌بینی آینده، بتوانند بر آن تأثیر بگذارند یا برای آن آماده شوند، اما در اکثر موارد، این پیش‌بینی‌ها اشتباه از آب درمی‌آمد.
