After 3 month of headache and sweating at nights I had a CBC blood test and since it was not normal my doctor said that i have to take a JAK2 genetic test and then a bone marrow test to see if if have Blood Cancer or not!

After a sever Headache and some strange symptoms, I had a JAK2 mutation genetic test which was positive and later with bone marrow test I was diagnosed with a very rare blood cancer called MPN or Myeloproliferative neoplasms

Since I had some headache and sweating I had my first PHLEBTOMY in JANUARY 2023 and felt a bit better after that

As you can see in the picture my RBC(Red Blood Cells), WBC(White Blood Cells), PLT(Platlets) and GRA are out of the NORMAL range!

Actually we have 3 types of MPN and seems mine is PV AND ET!

1. Polycythaemia vera (PV)

PV happens when your body makes too many red blood cells. This causes your blood to become thicker than normal.

2. Essential Thrombocythaemia (ET)

ET happens when your body makes too many makes too many Platelets

3. Myelofibrosis

Myelofibrosis happens when scar tissue builds up in your bone marrow (the soft spongy material inside some of your bones, where blood cells are made). This stops your blood cells from developing properly.

Again, throwing away another 500cc of my blood! Since I will have Fe deficiency after Phlebotomy and some dizziness I have to take Fe supplements daily to compensate the deficiency I have in my blood!

August 6th is my birthday so it seems my body's birthday gift to is to normalize my blood components a bit comparing to other months! Thanks Body! anyway!

In my 4th Phlebotomy I fainted! so I decided to throw away just 200cc of my blood instead of 500cc since it had some side effects but I have to do it monthly not every 2 month! so from now on I will have a monthly Phlebotomy!

Mindset is everything! this is not just a placebo effect, this is a believe effect! and I want to keep this belief that as long as I am hopful and have dreams in my life I will defeat this cancer and one day will be cancer free! so if you or anyone around you has the same condition just BELIEVE that we can cure our body through science and our mindset! Last month I did an experiment and for 30 days I ate 5 grams of Garlic with honey plus one glass of lemon. I read in some sources that garlic can dilute blood and even dcrease the number of platelets but based on my blood test results there was no difference in the number of platelets. even though one month might not be enough but I keep doing this formula since there are proven studies about the benefits of garlic, honey and lemon in preventing infections and boosting immune system.

Another month, another Phlebotomy! Everytime I go to the hospital I see hundreds of other people each with a specific kind of disease and I wonder if there is anyone out there 100% healthy and disease free?!

This time the number of my platlets we much higher than the normal range. Based on some studies Polyphenol as a micro nutrients can act as platelets inhibitor so I have decided to eat fruites and some veggies that contain polyphenol in the next month and see if it can make any difference in the number of my platelets or no.

Until today I have thrown away 3 liters of my blood during the last 8 month, which is more than 60% of the total blood volume in a human body!
